Proceedings of the conference in Tromsø
4-6 May 2000

About 500 delegates involved in higher education - researchers, administrators, lecturers and students, both from Norway and abroad - attended the conference to challenge the institutions of higher education on their role as peace builders and promoters of human rights.

Hopefully we manage to bring forward the ideas emerging from the conference to serve as seeds for development in this field.
